Give Thanks to the Lord for He is Good!
Psalm 118:1
118 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.
Psalm 107:1
107 O give thanks unto the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Psalm 107:22
22 And let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, and declare his works with rejoicing.
Psalm 136
136 O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2 O give thanks unto the God of gods: for his mercy endureth for ever.
3 O give thanks to the Lord of lords: for his mercy endureth for ever.
Above are just a few of the many times in scripture we are to give thanks to the Lord. I thank our God in our country we have set aside a day to thank God for his many blessings.
